Shipping destinations and dispatch origin
We deliver to Australia only. Orders are dispatched from China.

Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery estimates
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7 to 21 business days for Australia. These estimates are not guaranteed. Remote locations, carrier disruptions, and customs processing may affect delivery times.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking
TRACKING IS PROVIDED AND YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL PROVIDING TRACKING DETAILS, WHEN YOUR ORDER IS DISPATCHED.

Delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, contact guy@gnglobal.com.au with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
